Sand Making Production Line

Brief introduction

The whole line is highly automatic, with low operation cost, high crushing ratio, low power consumption, high capacity, low pollution and easy maintenance. The size of the finished product is even and in good shape, which meets the national sand-making standards.

Working principle

The raw materials are first put into elementary-crushing machine for crush, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to the secondary-crushing machine for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into two kinds by the vibrating screen. The parts satisfying the standard of the Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher will be conveyed to the sand-making machine and the other parts will return to the secondary-crushing machine. The parts into the sand-making machine will be the finished products after being washed in the sand-washing machine. The other parts will be for the secondary crush.

Main equipments

1) Vibrating Feeder

During processing, the equipment can send various materials into the crushers in the given time, separating the raw materials primarily. It is widely used in metallurgy, coal ore, construction materials, etc.

2) PE-Jaw Crusher

3) Sand Maker

Sand Maker is the equipment which makes sand artificially. It can be impact crusher or cone crusher according to the materiel condition and production requirement. Impact crusher is the most widely used equipment according to industry application degree and scopes, so the impact crusher is also named sand making machine in industry business.  Sand making machine is widely applicable to grind hard, brittle materiel like all kinds of rocks, refractory materiel, cement clinker, quartz, iron ore, concrete aggregate, etc.

4) Vibrating Screen

This series of vibrating screen moves round, it is specially designed for quarry to separate stone into different sizes. It also widely used for classification in mining, construction materials, transportation and energy etc.

5) Sand Washing Machine

Sand Washing Machine(sand washer) is widely used in particle aggregate sand screw washing, grading and dehydrating quartz and sand in construction site, sand stone factories, hydropower station and concrete dam site, precast concrete factory, glass factory and etc. It is especially applicable to wash construction sand and paving sand. This sand washing plant has the features of reliable structure, convenient maintenance, big capacity, low power consumption, high cleaning level.
